1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SaaSCoreX and the Fourteen Systems website.

By purchasing or using SaaSCoreX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

2. Product Description

SaaSCoreX is a production-grade SaaS engine delivered as source code and related materials.

Fourteen Systems, LLC does not host your application, manage your infrastructure, or provide managed services. You are responsible for the deployment, security, and operation of any application built using SaaSCoreX.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the source code to build and deploy your own applications
• Modify the code for commercial or non-commercial use
• Deploy unlimited production instances under your license tier

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code
• Publish the source code publicly
• Offer SaaSCoreX or derivative boilerplates as a competing product

The license is granted to the purchasing individual or entity.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).

Due to the nature of digital source code products, all sales are final once the source code has been accessed or downloaded. If you have not accessed the source code and are within fourteen (14) days of purchase, you may request a refund.

Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Fourteen Systems, LLC.

5. Updates

All plans include lifetime access to the purchased major version of SaaSCoreX. Minor updates and patches are included. Fourteen Systems, LLC may release updates, improvements, or patches at its discretion.

Major version upgrades (e.g., version 2.0) are optional and offered at a discounted upgrade price for existing customers. We are not obligated to provide ongoing maintenance, support, or updates indefinitely.

6. Support

Unless explicitly stated, purchase does not include custom development services, architectural consulting, or guaranteed response times. Support, if offered, is limited to documentation, email correspondence, or publicly stated channels.

7. No Warranty

SaaSCoreX is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The product will be error-free
• The product will meet your specific requirements
• The product will remain compatible with future framework versions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourteen Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fourteen Systems, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the product
• Applications you build using SaaSCoreX
• Violations of these Terms

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
