About Fourteen Systems
Independent software.
Long-term maintained.
Fourteen Systems builds long-term maintained infrastructure for teams shipping serious SaaS products.

Founded by Kyle, a senior software engineer with 20 years of experience across SaaS startups and national security programs, the company focuses on solving foundational architecture problems correctly — once.
A U.S. Army veteran, Kyle approaches software with operational discipline and an emphasis on reliability, enforceability, and long-term maintainability. Those principles are embedded into SaaSCoreX from the ground up.
SaaSCoreX exists because authentication, billing, permissions, audit logging, and background systems should not be re-implemented and re-learned in every new product.
The hard parts should be solved before your first feature ships.
How we build
Correctness first
Every system is tested against real integrations — not mocks. Billing reconciles nightly. Permissions enforce server-side. Webhooks are idempotent by default.
Long-term maintainability
No magic abstractions. Typed end-to-end. Structured logging with auto-redaction. Code that reads the same six months from now.
Honest engineering
No feature-count marketing. Everything listed is shipped, tested, and documented. If it's not ready, it's not on the site.
Maintained, not abandoned
SaaSCoreX is actively maintained with tagged releases and a public changelog. Dependencies are kept current. Breaking changes are documented with upgrade paths.
Your license includes rolling updates for the current major version — no subscription, no expiration.
